No doubt better DR than the 6D2. Don’t see the need for the 1400D, SL2 is better camera in every way than the 1300D. Instead of focusing on this entry entry level develop mirrorless faster, or even some more damn lenses for current EOS M series.

    Odin, you’re right 🙂 I would like to see a **30mm f2** or **32mm f2** on my EOS M6, pretty good complement to my 22mm f2 and 50mm f1.4 🙂

To all psycho…. pushing shadow at ISO 100 is really so important ? Have anyone compared the HIGH ISO performance of Canon 6D Mark II with others ?

Nikon fanboys here pls check the High ISO test images of your gimmicky Nikon D5 camera… Even dpreview analysis say that D5 sensor was a big bluff nothing else.

Stella, I am Canon user from past 20 years. And why should defend Canon. Canon make cameras based on photographer(s) need.

Not sure what you’re smoking Stella, but the high ISO of D5 is best of all cameras. They made a choice to sacrifice low ISO DR for high ISO noise performance and for the intended use a simple decision. It’s not going to be used for landscape photography. And yes the 6DII has been compared to other cameras and it’s no better than the 5D4.
