BCN has just published the list of best selling mirrorless and DSLR cameras in Japan for 2012, according to the list the most popular mirrorless camera in Japan is Nikon J1 and the most popluar DSLR in Japan is Canon 650D / T4i.
Nikon J1 claims to have approx 11.2% percent market share while the 2nd in the list is Olympus E-PL3 with 8.6% of market share and 3rd is NEX 5N with 7.7 % of market share.
Canon 650D / T3i / Kiss X5 have a total of 22.3 % of market share and the Most Popluar Full-Frame camera in Japan for 2012 is 5D Mark II with 2.1% of market share and 2nd best selling full-frame camera is 5D Mark II with 1.8% and Nikon D800 comes at third place with 1.6% of total market share.

Canon has officially discontinued the EOS 5D Mark II. Canon 5D mark II is now added to old cameras product list at Canon Japan website, the 5D Mk II added a new dimension to full-frame world and one of the most influential DSLR in history.

The EOS 6D features a newly-designed 20.2 Megapixel full-frame CMOS sensor, Native ISO range of ISO 100-25,600 (extendable to 50-102,400), new 11-point AF system also offers the strongest low light performance of any Canon AF system to date. Other new features include, HDR mode enables the capture of both highlights and low lights in tricky lighting conditions, while Multiple Exposures allows photographers to combine up to nine separate exposures into a single image in-camera, creating a dramatic effect in the final picture.
EOS 6D provides full manual control over exposure and audio levels while recording video. The camera features NTSC and PAL video modes at multiple frame rates, recording 1080p at 30 (29.97), 24 (23.976) and 25 fps, 720p at 60 (59.94) and 50 fps and standard video at 30 (29.97) and 25 fps. The camera provides up to 29 minutes and 59 seconds of continuous recording (with 4GB automatic file partitioning) in selectable All i-framei or IPB compressions with embedded timecode.

Conclusion
Canon 6D have better Sensor, more ISO range, advance Image processor, fast continuous shooting speed, better video mode, High Resolution Display unit, In built GPS, WiFi at a price similar to 5D Mk II.
A video Test done by Joe Marine, Nikon D800 sensor captures more light compared to 5D Mark II and 5D Mark III under low or High ISO settings, but both 5D Mark II and 5D Mark III have less noise at high ISO with bit flat details due to in-camera noise reduction filters.
Nikon D800 performance is excellent up to ISO 1600 the sensor captures more details compared to its competitors

The only light in the room besides the candle was some ambient light from streetlights outside. The f-stop was kept consistent throughout. The Canon footage was converted to ProRes HQ using 5DtoRGB, with the Mark II set to 601 color matrix and the Mark III set to 709.
