 According to latest rumors Sony is currently testing a prototype of a Full Frame square sensor SLT (36mm X 36mm) , the new 36mm square format allows you to select between different formats and all current Alpha and Minolta Full Frames lenses will work with without any issue.

 We are waiting for Canon Mirrorless camera announcement, but before that let’s have a look at interesting conceptual mirrorless camera designed by talented designer David Riesenberg, The canon mirrorless mock-up rendition was based Canon AE (classic) series.
This fictitious Canon AE-D will have 18.1 MP Canon 1DX sensor, CM-D mount, removable optical viewfinder, and flash. sold with a 50 mm f/1.0L lens.

 DxOLab tested the Nikon D4, the overall score of Nikon D4 sensor is 89. Nikon D4 is the best Full-Frame camera score ever measured on DxOMark. The Nikon D4 placed 2nd (based on Overall score), just 2 point behind the medium format phase-one, but its really interesting to see Nikon D3s is still the undisputed king of low light photography.

The Nikon D800 have a Full-Frame sensor (size is 24x36mm) and the other two models have medium format sensor (Size 33x44mm). The lens(s) are also different, Mamiya RZ back with a 40 megapixel Leaf Aptus-II 8 with 90 mm f / 3,5 Mamiya the Nikon D800 with 50 mm f / 1.4 AF-S and the Pentax 645D with 55 mm f / 2.8. The samples were taken at 200 lux illumination, the ISO of 645D and D800 is set to 100, Mamiya ISO set to 200.
