According to the latest rumors, Sony is expected to announce the Sony A7C II and Sony A7CR on August 29, 2023. The Sony A7C II will use the same 33MP Full-Frame Exmor R CMOS BSI Sensor of the Sony A7 IV and the Sony A7CR camera will use the Sony A7R IVa 61MP Full-Frame Exmor R CMOS BSI Sensor.
Arrival Date – Sony A7C II and Sony A7CR Coming on Aug 29, 2023
We have already published a confirmed report back on January 2023, that Sony A7C Mark II comes with a 33MP sensor and a redesigned IBIS system. Take a look at the rumored specification of both camera
A senior member of Digital Photography Review claims that the Nikon ZF was presented among Nikon Pro dealers on the 2nd of August. So, the rumors we received in the past that the Nikon ZF may arrive on the 2nd of August were not completely false.
According to this person, the Nikon ZF camera will be shipped this year and will be available as a body and combo lens. No new lenses are coming with this camera. Another important fact that he added is that the camera uses a 25ish MP sensor, but the surprising thing is that it’s not a sensor of the Nikon Z6 Mark II camera. The camera sensors look like brand-new sensors developed specifically for the ZF camera.
The body of the camera feels exceptionally well in hand and much better than the Nikon ZFC. It is quite similar to the Nikon DF body, as we have said earlier in our post too. So, these are the updates related to the Nikon ZF camera. We will update you as soon as we get the latest information related to the upcoming camera.
A new lens from Pergear has been announced. It’s a 60mm micro lens that features a 2x magnification ratio. One of the most important things about this lens is that it is made for the Canon RF mount, Nikon Z mount, Sony E mount, Fuji X mount, Micro Four Thirds, and the L mount. We know that Canon RF Mount is locked, but Canon doesn’t have an issue with entirely manual focus lenses with no electronic contact points. So finally, Canon users will have an affordable option for a macro lens if they are able to master manual focusing.
On the technical side, these are the major specifications of the lens.

A fresh rumor has started that the upcoming Nikon ZF camera may feature a 24-megapixel sensor from the Nikon Z6 Mark II camera and a dual card slot with extensive manual control, as seen in the Nikon DF DSLR camera.
Earlier, we published specs that said one of the prototypes of the camera uses a 45.7-megapixel sensor from the Z7 Mark II camera, as well as a single card slot.
It’s not new; before releasing a camera, companies test several prototypes. In fact, the 45.7-megapixel version is already being tried and tested by someone. But again, as per the rumor, we have a new set of cameras in the production line with a 24-megapixel sensor and dual card slot.
So there is a very clear indication that either the Nikon DF is coming with a 24-megapixel full-frame CMOS sensor or maybe a 45.7-megapixel sensor, or we will have a new generation of Z6 Mark III camera very soon, and these two different reports are coming for two different models.
So we have to wait for more confirmed information. As soon as we get any, I will update you very soon.
We have some additional information about the upcoming Nikon ZF full-frame mirrorless camera. The body price of the camera is confirmed to be under $2000 which is really a great surprise if true, the camera will have the same sensor that we have seen in the Nikon Z7 Mark II and not the Nikon Z8 (as we all know that both have the same 45.7 MP sensor resolution, but due to the integration of stacked CMOS sensor technology the manufacturing cost of the Nikon Z8 / Nikon Z9 sensor is much more and not feasible for Nikon to out the stacked CMOS sensor inside the upcoming Nikon Zf, it will use the same sensor as of Nikon Z7 Mark III.)

According to the latest reports coming out from Tamron itself, Tamron lenses specifically for DSLR mounts that include Nikon, Canon, Sony, and Pentax are no longer eligible to be repaired. This clearly indicates that after the transition of DSLR giants to mirrorless, third-party lens makers are now clearing out their DSLR lenses to put their entire attention towards the development and production of mirrorless lenses
