DJI hasn’t announced the Neo 3 drone yet, and we don’t have an official teaser. However, we do have something from DJI. Before we get into that, we are getting multiple messages from anonymous sources suggesting the DJI Neo 3 announcement is getting closer. It may happen sometime at the end of October or in the very first week of November 2026. We have also received a date, November 3, 2026, for the DJI Neo 3 announcement. However, as usual, since this information is not coming from authentic sources, we are not making any claims about it.
Based on the Neo series announcement pattern and the latest leaks related to the Neo 3, all of this suggests that the announcement could be just around the corner. As we have seen with previous DJI launches, announcements often begin in mainland China, followed by a global rollout over the next few weeks. Therefore, we could see a global rollout of the Neo 3 throughout November, with teasers for the drone potentially starting in the last week of October.
Now, let’s talk about the facts we have regarding the upcoming DJI October 14 teaser, which is obviously not about an upcoming consumer drone. Instead, DJI’s Enterprise announcement is just around the corner.
A Reddit post this week claimed a November 3 release date, which DJI allegedly changed to “a date to be announced,” along with euro prices of €669 for the drone, €839 with the RC Mini, and €979 for a Motion Combo. Which is obviously higher than what we are expecting for the DJI NEO 3 Drone,

DJI will launch its next dock and dock drone on October 14, 2026, at 8 AM EDT
14 October is real. It is not the Neo 3.
DJI Enterprise posted “See you on October 14” on 8 October. The trailer page carries the same date and the slogan, and names no product. The render shows a pack riding rails into a carousel, then lifting into an empty rear bay. Dock 2 and Dock 3 charge the pack already on the aircraft. Dock 3 needs about 27 minutes to take a Matrice 4TD from 15% to 95%. The teaser is selling the idea of skipping that wait.
The Matrice 5TD is the only new dock aircraft on a China filing so far: about 2.6 kg empty, 3.05 kg at takeoff, filed for power-line inspection, roughly 750 g heavier than the Matrice 4TD. Dock 4 is still a leak name.
United States
The RC Mini has an FCC grant dated 19 December 2025, three days before the Covered List cutoff. The Neo 3 aircraft does not. Same split as the Neo 2: no official US shelf, grey-market units only if they appear at all.
Bottom line
There is no confirmed Neo 3 announcement date. The working window from boxes, a 21 September factory stamp, and flight video is October–November 2026, China first, global about one to two weeks later if DJI repeats the Neo 2. The 3 November slip, and the €669 / €839 / €979 ladder, are a single unsourced post. The date DJI has actually put on a page is 14 October, and that page belongs to Enterprise.
