Ricoh filled a patent of a 75mm Lens with F2.8 aperture for a 1″ sensor based camera, currently Ricoh doesn’t make any compact or mirror less camera with 1″ sensor and that clearly means Ricoh is can enter in 1″ sensor based compact products.

In the patent we can clearly see that Rioch is working on 2nd IR (infrared) AF (Auto Focus) Sensor for correcting the Focus shift when the Phase AF sensor fails to do the correct Job in absence of visible light (In a situation when only IF is present).
