One thing is confirmed that issue is not occurred due to the noise reduction filter, since the white and sky blue color of the same banner are not melting to each other, that clearly indicates that its not a noise reduction filter issue, I feel something went wrong (on the hardware side) while designing and developing the newly announce DP2 Quattro sensor.
