 Few hours ago Pentax SMC DA 50mm F/1.8 Medium-Telephoto Lens announced, the Pentax 50mm F1.8 Lens is optimized for PENTAX K-mount ILC cameras to deliver sharp, clear images, When mounted on a PENTAX K-mount ILC camera body, the PENTAX-DA 50mm f/F1.8 lens delivers a focal length of 50mm or 76.5mm in the 35mm format. The new 50mm lens is only 1.5 inches long, lightweight (4.3 ounces) and comes at $249 only, available from July 2012.

 The Panasonic LUMIX G X VARIO 12-35mm is a standard zoom lens for the Micro Four Thirds system It features fixed 2.8 Aperture, splash / dust proof body designed, the lens is made up of 14 lenses in 9 groups, the 12-35mm comes with Nano Surface Coating technology for reduction of ghosting and flare, and features a built-in Optical Image Stabilizer(O.I.S). The Panasonic LUMIX G X VARIO 12-35mm US pricing is still not known but in UK it will be available in June for £999.

Amazon UK leaked the announcement date and price of Pentax K30, the Pentax K30 will cost you approx 699 pounds (body with kit lens) and Amazon.co.uk will start shipping on June 25, 2012 in the UK
Pentax K30 was seems to have prematurely listed on the Amazon UK website for few hours, but the listing is now removed.
As you can see the price of Pentax K30 with kit lens is 699 pounds and Pentax K-01 available in UK at 679 pounds, which is only 20 pound less compared to K-30.
The price of Pentax K30 in US will be approx $949 and the price in the rest of Europe will be approx 799 Euros for kit lens and 699 Euros for the body only.
