Recycled old Sony sensors.
Compact design compared to Nikon D750 = too small with worse ergonomy 🙁
What “Will use Nikon FF Mirrorless interface” means ?
The IMX410 sensor is the one used in the Sony A7 III.
Although it is old, this is currently one of the best sensor for astro, low digital noise, and low sensor noise.
So if Nikon is adding something on top (i.e. heat sink like the sigma FP), this could become an awesome camera for night / astro / long exp and even video.
Though, the specs seem so low now that I am wondering who could buy this, especially when the A7 III costs less than 2K.
Well it’s look like DSLR makers will make a U turn on 2020 and will bring out more DSLRs… let’s see what happens next.
