Nikon D750 first [Back] image surfaced over the web today and the image look real to me… as I have told you a while ago that Nikon D750 is coming and will be marketed as action and sports camera.. the first set of leaked specification suggest the camera will feature 24 Megapixel sensor and Multi-CAM 3500FX 51-Point AF Sensor (same as of Nikon D810 or D4s camera) or may be a better one still not confirmed…

If this image is real it will be a disappointing design for D700 users, looking too much like an entry level body when it comes to the viewfinder window shape and no blinder, and the lack of an AF-ON button.
A Action/Sports Camera without BachButton Focus -> no way!!!
I too think this image shows a disappointing design, but for a different reason – the decision to have the flip-out screen hinged at the bottom. From experience, side-hinging allows more flexibility, especially if tripod mounted, than bottom-hinged.
I think it would be better to scrap the “hinging” than to release the camera with a poor implementation like this.
No way, that’s the same body as the D7100 and D610 with an added flip screen. No way this is a D700 replacement, if it is it’s an epic FAIL on Nikon’s part.
I’m Sony Alpha user, currently still trying out with my newly acquire a77II. However, I’m excited with Nikon’s new full frame D750. Especially when they class it as “Sports camera”. Hopefully the price would not be too steep.
That is a D610, readily available via Google image search, that has been photoshopped.
Haha…. quote of the year; everyone’s an expert.
