Latest leaked specification of Nikon D600 surfaced over the web, according to latest rumors the Nikon D600 will have will have built-in AF motor and features 24.7MP full frame sensor with 39 AF points, ISO up to 25600 and Full HD recording with three selectable frame rates and offers HD recording 60p, 50p, 30p, 25p, see more details below
Nikon D600 Will have / almost confirmed
- 24.7MP full frame sensor
- 39 AF points (with an option of 11 AF points), 9 cross-type AF points AF face detection
- ISO range: 100-6400 (with Lo-1 ISO 50 and Hi-2 ISO 25,600)
- Full HD with 30p, 25p, 24p, HD with 60p, 50p, 30p, 25p (Video compression: H264/MPEG-4)
- The Nikon D600 will have built-in AF motor, so AF and AF-S lenses will work with the Nikon D600
- Exposure compensation: ±5 EV
- AF face detection
- Weight: 760g (850g with battery and memory cards)
- 3.2″ LCD with 921K dot with ambient sensor control

 Today Fujifilm has officially announced the M Mount for the X-Pro1. Please find details below and a high-res image attached. The adapter will be available towards the end of June and is expected to retail for approx $199 / £179.

- Three-piece aluminium and stainless steel construction
- 27.8mm lens mount to sensor distance
- Electronic connections and Function button
- Compatible with Hybrid Multi Viewfinder
- Lens profiles and corrections available through Mount Adapter Setting menu (firmware version 1.10 or later must be installed for using above features)
The firmware ver 1.10 will be available on the Fujifilm Global website in June/2012.

For amateurs, the most common reason for taking out their cameras is to record for posterity, both the individuals who are important to them, and the special moments of their life. In the world of professional photography, portraits represent a significant proportion of commissioned work.
But what do we mean by a “portrait?” One English-language dictionary defines it as a “likeness of an individual, specially of the face.” But while that definition is certainly one with which many would agree, it doesn’t really do justice to the multitude of ways in which people can be portrayed in a picture.
