hw to compare Sony hx100V from sx40
Los felicito por este test entre Canon y NIkon, me parece una guia muy buena para una proxima compra.
google translated “Congratulations for this test between Canon and Nikon, I think a very good guide for a next purchase.”
Thanks for your clear comparison. I am happy with Canon SX40 but will be happiest if Canon soon launches SX50 with 14 to 16 megapixels and some higher zoom upto 37X.
I had the Sony HX100V,The image quality was way below the Canon SX40HS,Background trees had no detail.I also owned the Fuji HS10,Same outcome IQ way below that of the Canon..12mp is Ideal for this size sensor.Replacing it with a 14-16mp would be a mistake,Canon know this.People wanting more Mpx should buy an SLR..This camera rocks,The best P&S To date.I use it as a backup for my Sony SLR but find it’s getting used more an more..Well done Canon for not joining the stupid Mpx race….
