Canon R1 Coming in Q1 of 2024 [Almost Confirmed]

Almost confirmed, the Canon R1 camera is coming in Q1 of 2024. We have had some rumors in the past that the Canon R1 is coming before the Olympics. Now, if you look at the recent set of rumors in the rumor mills and other websites, they are saying that the Canon R5 Mark II camera is coming before the Olympics, maybe in January and February of 2024. So, we can safely assume that the Canon R1 camera will arrive in the first quarter of 2024 and not the Canon R5 Mark II if this shared information is correct.

The  Canon R1’s arrival also raises questions about the arrival of the R5 Mark II camera in the first quarter of 2024. So, there is a very high probability that just like Nikon did when they first announced the Nikon Z9 camera and after a gap announced the Z8 camera with almost 90% of the same core specifications that we have seen in the Nikon Z9. Similarly, Canon will first announce their flagship R1 mirrorless camera and after that, once the PEAK SALES period of Canon R1 is over, we will have Canon R5 Mark II with almost 80-90% the same configuration we have seen in the R1 at an affordable price point

Stay tuned we will post an update soon | also see – Canon Upcoming Cameras 2023 – 2024
