Sony A7000 Coming Very Soon

Sony-A7000-coming

Finally it’s look like Sony is prearranging to announce the A6000 successor very soon and shipping will start from end of December 2015, however we don’t have any confirmation about the name of the camera but we do expect that the upcoming camera will be called be called A7000 or A6100.

We have already published a lot of information related to the A6000 successor, keep in mind the camera was almost confirmed to arrive in the beginning of this year at March 2015 but due to some technical reason as we have reported here too the camera was delayed.

Let’s hope for the best and stay with us.

I just hope it has the same body as the NEX7 so it’ll fit my underwater Nauticam housing. Most likely it won’t, as I’m sure they’re going to move some controls (like the video button) so I’m not too hopeful. Love to see them kick up the resolution as much as possible since I like to print large. I’ve got too much invested in my current set-up to go for a new housing. If that were not the the case, I’d go FF for the higher resolution since a FF body is not all that much larger than APS-C, I’d keep my NEX7 and Zeiss lens for a compact travel system though, as FF lens are large and heavy.

In the meantime, the NEX7 is still a great little camera.
