According to latest rumors upcoming Olympus E-P5 will feature faster AF and better 5 axis stabilization system compared to Olympus E-M5, but the sensor and image processor is same as Olympus E-M5, so you will get same image quality from both the camera. Other improvement include Built in WiFi and some new creative modes.
