Sensor: Sony NEX 6 gives you bigger sensor with much larger photodiode compared to Olympus E-P5, so its no doubt that the NEX 6 will give you better low-light result and more dynamic range.

AF system: Olympus uses Frequency Acceleration Sensor Technology (F.A.S.T.) developed by Olympus few years back, Olympus E-P3 and OMD E-M5 camera uses the same technology (F.A.S.T System). Recently DxO Mark published the score of Sony NEX 6 Mirrorless camera, the score of Sony NEX 6 is similar to Sony NEX-5R, The only difference is new NEX 6 have bit lower Low-light ISO score compared to NEX 5R. Both uses same type of 16 MP APS-C sensor.
