With this application, you can simply hold your hand over the eye sensor to release the shutter.
Now you can operate the shutter without touching the camera, thus eliminating camera shake once and for all. When bulb-shooting, hold your hand over the eye sensor twice to start and end the exposure.

Hats off to Sony, this is innovation!
After about 1h30 to finally get it on the camera (I also had to update the firmware to 1.20), I tested the app. I find it slow (there’s a significant lag in changing the ISO, aperture and Shutter Speed as well as other controls). Also, it doesn’t send the photo the Capture One Pro when shooting tethered. I essentially can’t use the app because it somehow doesn’t support tethered shooting.
