Prototype of Sony i1 Honami surfaced over the web today, the smartphone will feature 1/2.3-inch 20.6 megapixel Exmor RS BSI sensor and 28mm Sony G lens, take a look at features below

- 9mm thick (because of the huge camera sensor)
2 different models Sony Smart Lens also coming with built in Sensor, WIFi / NFC and Battery.
- First lens will have RX100 M2 sensor and Zeiss lens.
- Second lens will have 10xzoom lens with 1/2,3 inch 18 megapixel CMOS sensor.

- 5-inch 1080×1920 display with a 2000:1 contrast ratio.
- quad-core Snapdragon MSM8974 processor clocked at 2.3GHz alongside 2GB of RAM
- 32GB internal storage with a microSD card slot for expansion
- 20-megapixel camera with Sony G lens, Cybershot Camera UI, a dedicated Camera Shutter key, Xenon flash and interchangeable lenses.

Honami’s body casing is a combination of metal, carbon fibre and a shatter proof glass with the IP55 and IP58 certification for dust, water and impact resistance. The Sony Xperia i1 / Honami is expected to be announced on July 9. 2013.

The Honami comes with All new image processing algorithm, similar to Sony’s advance Cyber-shot digital cameras, Completely revamped camera UI, Superior Auto Scene Recognition, an improvement over the Superior Auto mode found in the Xperia Z/ZL.
