Sigma 20mm ART lens is new and world first lens that supports MAX F1.4 aperture while having a ultra wide range of 20mm, sure its wide aperture will add more fuel to your creativity.
Recently roger cala of lens rentals .com published a very informative review of the same.
The bottom line here is pretty obvious. Despite being a wider field of view, the Sigma 20mm f/1.4 clearly has a higher resolution than either the Canon or Nikon 24mm f/1.4 lenses do in the center half of the image, and are at least the equal of the others in the outer half. That’s just flat amazing…

Finally Sigma announced the new ART lens for fullframe camera sensor, the lens features constant F2 aperture throughout out the zoom range, as said by Sigma the 24-35mm lens will do work of three prime lenses (24mm, 28mm and 35mm ), the lens features advance optics, upgraded overall design and improved AF algorithm to achieve fast and continuous auto focus. The lens will be available in Sigma, Canon and Nikon mounts. Timing, pricing and availability will be announced at a later date.
