New Sensor and New Image processor: The new sensor gives you more ISO range compared to the old one, hence you get better low light images and more resolution, and the new processor of Nikon D4s DSLR (optimized for Nikon 1 series) gives amazing speed boost to the camera.
Speed:
- AF system of Nikon V3 is bit more advance, we get 105 Phase AF points and 171 contrast AF points in V3 and Nikon V2 have 73 Phase AF points and 135 Contrast AF points.

 Nikon V2 scored overall 4 points less than the old Nikon V1 mirrorless camera, however the low-light performance is bit better compared to the old model. According to DxOMark Lab the current V1 users must wait for a better version.
DxO Mark Lab Says
Overall, the regression in performance, when compared to the Nikon 1 V1, suggest this camera is not as good a buy as the V1 – its results were simply underwhelming. If you already own a Nikon 1 V1 and are thinking of an upgrade, then you’ll probably find more benefit in waiting for the next iteration to see what that brings, as the V2 will not give you appreciably better images over what you have already.

Nikon V2 vs Nikon V1 Specification Comparison Review, Nikon announced its V2 mirrorless camera with new sensor and advance core specification, take a look at comparsion table below.
New Sensor and Image Processor: The Nikon V2 comes with latest image processing engine, EXPEED 3A, and a CMOS image sensor with built-in super high-speed AF and offering an effective pixel count of 14.2-million pixels, the V2 provides users with a higher pixel count, as well as faster speeds and greater performance.
ISO Range: Nikon V2 offers 160-6400 standard ISO range compared to V2 that offers 100-3200 standard ISO range, Nikon V2 wins here.

Conclusion: Nikon V2 offers better features and physical design compared to V1, But Nikon V1 users may wait for Nikon V3 to see some major difference in core specification.

The camera is also equipped with an Enhanced Motion Snapshot Mode, which users can utilize to capture fleeting moments with a short, slow-motion movie sequence in addition to a single defining still image.
