Pentax Announces MX-1
Pentax today announces its first pro compact camera with 12.0 megapixels 1/1.7″ (7.44 x 5.58 mm) CMOS sensor, ISO range 100-12800, 4X optical zoom lens with F1.8-2.5 aperture range, Contrast Detect AF system, Full HD video recording at 30 fps and flip-out 920k dot rear screen. Available from February 2013, the Pentax MX-1 also hits the same price point as many of its enthusiast-camera peers, listing at around US$500.
