Samung NX200 Rumors (Update)

A SLRclub froum member created mockup images of upcoming Samsung NX200 mirrorless camera based on the description and hints of a dpreview forum member redcrow,

Our previous post was NX200 and NX10 coming soon, Now we have confirmation that Samsung NX200 camera is registered with the Korean Radio Research Agency and it will become availlable to korean market very soon (September 2011)

Samsung NX200 and NX20 Coming Soon

The new NX200 mirrorless camera from Samsung will be announced this month and the NX20 will follow in January 2012. Both cameras are expected to have higher pixel count. According to “Samsung Photo Consultant” from ixbt forum,

Samsung 85mm f/1.4 lens Coming on July/August

In Korea a beta tester was spotted with the new Samsung 85mm f/1.4 ED SSA lens, Samsung may announce the new NX20 and NX200 cameras plus the new 85mm f/1.4 lens in July/August 2011.

Description of the lens given by the tester,

The Lens AF motor is very fast
No chromatic aberration
lens is expected to be released in July/August of 2011

Hasselblad and Lecia inspired Samsung Future Camera

The Samsung future camera’s images appeared on Samsung own blog. The big square camera look like a Hasselblad Medium format camera and camera with some dials on the top looks like a Leica or Fuji X100 could be the next in the NX series of camera, perhaps the NX200 or NX20.

Samsung NX20 and NX200 Coming Soon

Samsung Russia representative confirmed that NX20 and NX200 mirrorless cameras will be released this year, both the camera will have higher megapixel and fetures then their predecessors NX10 and NX100

Sansung Rumors - NX20 and NX200 mirrorless cameras

NX20 and NX200, successors of the current NX 10 and NX100 models and are expected to be released in the first half of 2011 as reported by DDaily Korea

NX20 and NX200 will be equipped with a newly developed CMOS sensor. The NX20 will be the “classic” model while the NX200 will have a better design.
