Canon working on two new Macro Lenses for Canon RF Mount Mirrorless cameras. one of the lenses is Canon 100mm F2 macro Lens and the other one is a 70mm F2 Macro Lens. Keep in mind both lenses are not true Macro lenses, both offer 0.5x Magnification.

The 100mm F2 was also available in the EF lens lineup, so it’s no wonder it appears in the RF. The 70mm F2 has a focal length that Canon has never had before, but due to the recent high demand for Canon R5 and R6 cameras and increasing market competition. Canon want’s to put more options in front of users.
