Would like to know how they can offer 8K60p unless the sensor scan rate is much faster than the current model or it’s a heavy crop. Probably need to be 11-12ms at least.
This will be awesome. I just wish they’d throw internal ND on it. They don’t have anything to protect. They’d be unstoppable.
Panasonic will probaly release a 8K camera with intentionally crippled spec, if u need a 8K Camera, but other brand and sell your M43 lens, there is NO way Panasonic will release a highly competitive product, they want to release something underwhelming so they can released an improved one in 3-4y, how dare they? because they know many people with M43, they are willing to disappoint them in order to milk the max $$$$ out of their pockets.
It is April already.. I am looking for any updated news about the S1H II, even a fake one for today.. which at least means we still care about this camera..
This camera may use the new SonyIMX366AJK sensor, which feet the specs just about perfectly with the Panasonic S1HII rumor.
I got my S1 to use on a tripod. I find my cameras divide into tripod held, hand held and gimbal held. Once you establish that priority you can build up an armoury of how it can be used with light, weight, lens, timecode and audio. Then it becomes the art of the possible. With the choice of tripod heights you might be surprised what you can achieve.
