Fuji X100V Coming with Tilting Touchscreen and 26MP BSI CMOS Sensor

According to latest rumors surfaced over the web via anonymous sources. Fuji X100F successor (Fuji X100 V) is expected to arrive in early 2020, if everything goes on scheduled. Several prototypes of the camera do exist and being tested in the wild.  The model with tilting touchscreen and 26MP BSI CMOS sensor is set to be the successor of X100F camera.

The model name of the camera isn’t confirmed yet, most probably the successor name is X100V. We will update you soon as soon as we get any new information.

Take this info with grain of salt.

    Yes but what about the X80? X70II? something?

    Hopefully they’ll fit logically designed tilt screen, unlike Pro-3’s.

    Given the design style of the X-Pro3, it seems likely Fuji would introduce a cut down version with a similar folding screen, but maybe minus the data display?

    Here’s to hoping it has the backwards screen as the xpro3, full frame 21mp and f0.95 lens.

    Unlike too many megapixels,BSI sensor is much desired.
    For this sensor size, 12-16MP is just great.
    Oh, and better optics.
    I had X100T, and optics are not good enough for a fixed lens camera.
    But for me, a major deal breaker is too many MP.
    For this reason, I do not buy new cameras anymore.
