    Is it safe to say that with these new releases, the prices will come down on the T6 and T6i? If so, how long until that typically happens?

    @Rachel

    We will sure see price drop in older Rebels but not now, sometime in Q4 of 2017. After 6 months of new product announcement ( Canon T7i ) the predecessor (Canon T6i) demands will completely go down and we will sure witness price drop ranging from $100 upto $150.
