Well a dpreview user finally leaked all the images of upcoming Sony NEX-C3 Camera, The Camera features a 16.2 MP sensor same as Sony Alpha A55 DSLR and will support 720p HD video, The design is more compact compared to previous Sony NEX-3 camera. The NEX-C3 announcment was expected on april 2011 but due to earthquake-tsunami disaster it has been delayed. Now it may be announced in may 2011.
