DJI camera coming soon – It’s a creative image, and thanks to my banner designer for filling out my weird request
Is the DJI Mirrorless camera really coming? Rumors say it’s, I am really very much excited about it. I would really love to see the DJI Fullframe and APS-C Mirrorless camera lineup to compete against Sony, Canon, and Nikon Mirrorless cameras. But I was holding myself to publish an article on this topic and was waiting for further verification from my source. Even though mainstream media sites like Yahoo/Tech and Digital Camera World already covered these leaks, without before verification or an official announcement, lets have a look step by step at how it started and how everything is going now.
How it Started
Primary Rumor Mills: How did it all start at once? We have a BIG bulk of the information that stems from a network of interconnected sites run by Andrea Pizzini (the admin behind SonyAlphaRumors.com). Before I make any further comment, first of all, I have to say I have a BIG respect to say Andrea, and he has one of the most intense networks of sources in the rumor mill industry without a doubt. Recently, a leaked teaser was posted on his channel. You can watch it in the starting part of the video

When I was watching this video, I got super excited, but I have a bad habit of reading user comments, just may be a timepass thing for me. But one of the users (@suawq) in the same video has mentioned that “DJI uses a different date format on teasers, and besides, on the 15th it will be EDT, not EST” now I have just watch the video once again and found out yes it is true and after watching multiple DJI teasers after this video, what I have concluded the person is correct.
As you can see, for you guys, I have included these two frames, the Mic teaser on the right side showing time in EDT, and on the left, we have EST on camera teaser. Well, for me
Leaked Images and Analysis
Next big thing is Mirrorlessrumors next day posted leaked image of C50, obviously by trusting them we have also republished, now the German YouTuber (David) has confirmed the blurry images of an upcoming camera in Sep, he didn’t specify the name of the camera, but not a Canon camera, Later Mirrorlessrumors admin claimed its a DJI camera in testing by David, so he replied
David is actually the source who itself claiming it’s not the DJI Mirrorless camera in the Mirrorlessrumor comment box, maybe he is telling the truth, or maybe since he is under NDA, so just cleared things up, he messed up while sharing the pic in his official account.
Mainstream publications, even Yahoo Tech (September 4, 2025) and Digitalcameraworld, have republished the same, but they largely recycle these sources’ stories or posts without independent verification

My logical brain is badly finding out reasons to believe the rumor is true. I would love to see a DJI Mirrorless camera and love to buy one for myself to always keep with me, and if DJI sends me one for free as a gift, I will make sure to post a positive review on my website 😉
