Sigma Patent - 35mm F2 ART Lens for 4/3 System

According to the latest patent surfaced over the web, Sigma is working on 4/3 system based ART series prime lens, the lens will have 35mm focal length and F2 aperture.. the lens will also feature built in optical image stabilization.

Sigma already have 60mm f/2.8 DN Lens for Micro Four Thirds Mount Cameras , available at B&H and Amazon

Isn’t a 35mm lens on 4/3 system not really a 35 mm Lens when it’s on the camera it’s made for? More like a (nearly useless) 52mm?
