The Sony A77 II was delayed due to earthquake in Japan. But the good news is Kumamoto sensor factory restored to its 100% production capacity from August of this year and after that we have also witnessed two major product announcements that includes Sony A6500 and Sony RX100 IV.

Good News: According to recent patent literature spotted by patent hunting website egami Sony is working on semitransparent mirror SLT camera that can be locked up like a DSLR, see the image below.
The new technology may be implemented on A77 III or A99 II.

We just received confirmation from a different source that successor of Sony A77 coming on May 2014, Sony is also rumoured to announce 2 new FF lenses for its Alpha series mirrorless camera (possibly made by zeiss a ultrawide zoom and a fast prime lens).
